Administrative Executive
Job description
Job Responsibility
- Handle and attend to customer requests and inquiries.
- Update invoices and data entries.
- Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate, verify, and ensure accuracy of customer purchases.
- Coordinate workflow among admin and production.
- Prepare production orders.
- Prepare and print customer orders via Microsoft Word or Photoshop.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation, and filing.
- Perform administration operations and other assigned tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries through social media and telephone.
- Involve in event preparation by ensuring the checklist is accurate on a timely basis.
Job Requirements
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Required languages: Chinese, English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Connaught, Cheras, KL.
- Job Type: Full-time, 5.5 days a week.
