Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Handle and attend to customer requests and inquiries.
  2. Update invoices and data entries.
  3. Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
  4. Coordinate, verify, and ensure accuracy of customer purchases.
  5. Coordinate workflow among admin and production.
  6. Prepare production orders.
  7. Prepare and print customer orders via Microsoft Word or Photoshop.
  8. Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation, and filing.
  9. Perform administration operations and other assigned tasks.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries through social media and telephone.
  11. Involve in event preparation by ensuring the checklist is accurate on a timely basis.

Job Requirements

  1. Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel, Facebook, and Instagram.
  2. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Required languages: Chinese, English.
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Connaught, Cheras, KL.
  6. Job Type: Full-time, 5.5 days a week.
