About the role

IMC Medical is seeking a talented and experienced Medical Doctor to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time medical professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality primary care to our patients and contributing to the overall success of our growing dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive medical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients, coordinating with our dental and support staff as needed
• Providing prompt, efficient, and compassionate care to patients, addressing their medical concerns and promoting overall wellbeing
• Documenting patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical files
• Collaborating with the wider dental team to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, guidelines, and best practices
• Participating in regular training and continuous professional development activities

What we're looking for

• A recognised medical degree and a valid license to practice medicine in Malaysia
• At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in a general practice or similar clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to effectively diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and put patients at ease
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of medical ethics
• Proficiency in both English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to work closely with our dental professionals
