Product Specialist, Joint Replacement

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Provide monthly sales forecast, carry out sales activities, meet sales budget and fulfill case attendance for the assigned product portfolio and sales territory.

2. Identify business opportunities, formulate account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.

3. Provide support for trade shows and other key events and promotions such as workshops, company receptions, etc.

4. Conduct regular product in-service and product presentations to the customers.

5. Coordinate payment collection following company’s SOP.

6. Provide regular market/competitor updates.

7. Promptly handle complaints adhering to company SOP.

8. Assist with customer inquiries and provide quotations as needed.

9. Forecast stock requirements based on market feedback and quotations participated.

10. Support Regulatory Affairs' requests on product inquiries and new product commercialization process.

11. Support commissioning of new sets/CER/IRR.

12. Uphold the Compliance Culture of the Company by ensuring the business is aligned to the highest code of ethics.

Who We Are Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or a related health sciences field.

2. 3 years of experience in Medical Device sales, ideally in Orthopedic Sales.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record in building and maintaining key business relationships internally and externally.

4. Results driven individual who thrives on being empowered to identify and acquire new business.

5. Adaptable and flexible, with demonstrated abilities to learn and apply new knowledge quickly.

6. Good negotiation & communication skills.
