Job Title: Intern, dComm Shopper Marketing & Retail Innovation

Who You Are and What You’ll Do
As an intern for dComm Shopper Marketing & Retail Innovation, you will be exposed to managing and improving fundamentals of e-Commerce through analysis and store audits. You will also play a role in determining the List of core products to be sold in the offline channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Pharmacies, etc).
Team Structure:
Reporting to Digital Commerce Team
Direct reports: Dcomm & Shopper Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in analysing shopper insights & trends.
Assist the team in identifying opportunities based on latest trend & market developments.
Support the team in monitoring implementation of Unilever’s Omnichannel Assets on all digital channels.
Assist in identifying KPIs for Digital Shelf implementation.
Monitor the contents are updated and in line with guidelines/ references.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review dashboard performance metrics and user feedback to reflect changing business requirements or data sources.
Data Source Management: Ensure data sources are up to date and functional through validation and cleansing processes.
Report Development & Optimization: Assist in enhancing report layout, visual and data models ensuring reports meet evolving business needs.
Data Integration: Connect Power BI to various raw data sources.
Assist in co-developing customized campaign approach and media execution during campaign.
Work closely with key accounts on customize activity/campaign planning to key customers.
Laise with Unilever’s vendors for perfect campaign execution from premium sourcing to POSM design and execution in trade.
Monitor implementation and evaluate effectiveness of each campaign execution from perspective of growth and ROI.
Support daily task administrative, database maintenance and management.
Support in any ad-hoc task from time to time.
Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless operation and effective execution of business strategies.
Assist in compilation of data for category management projects.
Compile and review assortment list to help determine the right assortment for the trade 2025.
Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Customer Business Development, Dcomm & Retail Innovation Team.
Travel:
No traveling is needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce or related and have a strong career interest in Sales and Fast-Moving Consumers Goods.
Able to commence in January 2025 and commit for at least 6 months.
Early graduates who are looking for internship experiences.
Desirable Experience/Skill/Knowledge:
Strong communication skill.
Data visualization.
Excellent in DAX.
Power Query.
Power BI.
Microsoft Suite.
