MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
To assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in an assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote products to healthcare professionals in an assigned territory.
Make effective use of product trials, literature, and other promotional materials to gain recommendation and endorsement from current and potential healthcare professionals.
Achieve individual/monthly sales targets and execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals.
Proactively manage and build customer relationships.
Plan, schedule, organize, and control daily tasks, functions, and duties to achieve maximum sales results.
SKILL, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Preferably a Degree in Life Sciences or related health sciences.
Sales driven, results-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
