Position Summary:
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Regional Buyer - IT to join our team responsible for managing commercial and sourcing activities for IT services used by Nestlé worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Category Lead, your primary responsibility will be to implement the category strategy on a regional & global level - utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies. You will also manage RFx processes & take ownership of managing key projects (e.g. process optimization, e-auction).
As a strategic partner to the business, we help Nestlé achieve sustainable growth by ensuring responsibly sourced supply and value creation. Located in hubs in Switzerland, Panama and Malaysia, our people provide a range of services, including managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and other services. We also support Nestlé businesses across the world to manage local spend.
