Senior Site Supervisor

• Working hours : 8am-5pm (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a competent Senior Site Supervisor to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites.

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities plan.
• Study and understand the Construction Drawings and Specifications.
• To identify potential backlog and to propose solutions to Management.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures
• Monitor Daily Reporting, Weekly Reporting, Monthly Reporting, Logistic and Material Requisition for all ongoing sites
• Ensure proper flow of documentation procedure (Memo, Request for Inspection, Request for Information).
• Ability to interpret Construction Drawings and Bill of Quantities
• Basic knowledge in dealing with requirement of Local Authorities
• Basic knowledge in levelling, squareness, verticality, termination of architectural finishes
• To assist and coordinate between Construction Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator, Lead Designer.
• 3-5 years experience
• Experience in Clerk of Work
• Own Transportation
