Responsibilities:

• Analyse industry trends and provide regular updates to management regarding customer needs and suitable marketing and promotional activities.
• Offer technical support, provide product services and training to customers if needed.
• Evaluate and analyse all relevant information about the available market and competition situation in the area of responsibility and translate the results of analysis into concrete suggestions for actions and projects.
• Develop and manage social media and digital marketing content for social media, company website, in-house app etc.
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, including international & multinational social media marketing (ex: FB, Twitter, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, etc) and content marketing.
• Skilled in the art of video creation, advertising, and marketing sales, bringing a unique blend of creativity and strategy to every project.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year related experience.
• MUST be able to communicate in English and Malay. Communication in other languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Skilled in video creation, advertising, and marketing sales.
• Experience in selling kitchen machinery, stainless steel, ice machines, dishwashers, milk tea systems, etc. will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills. Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Must have own transport.
