Job Description

• Addressing client inquiries.
• Manage ticketing for corporate events and travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Coordinate with vendors and event organizers to secure tickets for employees and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of tickets issued, confirmations, and travel itineraries.
• Ensure adherence to budget and corporate travel policies.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
• Candidate must be fluent and able to type in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
• Ability to draft professional emails.
