Store Operation Manager

As a Store Operation Manager, you will be trained and developed to be a qualified store manager through working together with the experienced store manager in the following areas:

• Plan and implement the overall store strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing store strategy
• Work with store security guard to investigate any suspicious activity
• Recruit, train and manage the new store employees
• Train and evaluate store employees, providing periodic feedback to each staff about their performance
• Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Determine and set basic store KPIs, track and report the KPIs on a constant basis
• Train store employees on corporate policies, procedures, and working culture
• Manage and keep track of inventory losses and/or shrinkage, taking the necessary action to reduce the losses
• Suggest new operational strategies to improve store performance and productivity
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Perform regular sales analysis (P&L) to evaluate promotion and sales strategy effectiveness and identify business opportunities as well as conduct business reviews with customers
