Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, PR & Client Services, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of communication programs that align with their business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in building strong client partnerships, providing strategic counsel, and overseeing project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client contacts.
    2. Proactively identify client needs and opportunities, providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions.
    3. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  2. Project Management:
    1. Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
    2. Lead cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively and achieve project objectives.
    3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  3. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of communication professionals.
    2. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
    3. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
    2. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
    3. Develop and execute innovative communication campaigns that drive results.
  5. Financial Management:
    1. Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
    2. Monitor and track project expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Business Development:
    1. Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in public relations in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex communication projects and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
