Salary: Base Salary RM2500 to RM3000 plus incentive

Responsibilities:
Key Accountability: Outbound Contact and Qualification
Talk to prospects and move them from their existing stage of knowledge toward interest in working with the company.
Desire to be on the phone, on social networks, and on email talking to prospects as much as possible.
Work ethic to “pick up the phone” as soon as you get into the office in the morning.
Knowledge of professional social media channels and how to act as a beacon of knowledge in interactions with prospects.
Collect all data necessary to objectively mark prospects as qualified and pass them to Business Development Managers for closing.
Key Accountability: Customer Service
Provide value in all interactions with prospects and be someone they generally enjoy talking to.
Strive for personalization and value delivered in all communications with prospects.
Help prospects by educating them about the opportunities for which the organization has solutions for their customer type, market, and interest level.
Have a doctor-like attitude about guiding prospects to the right solution by asking questions to diagnose which solution would match their needs.
Key Accountability: Systems Management
Capture your activities and insights in our CRM so that as a team we can build the business and identify new opportunities for the future.
Log activities in CRM religiously – calls, meetings, emails.
Add detail to your activities that is relevant to what was discussed and what data or other content was sent in each conversation – be thorough so that any reader can understand in detail.
Requirements:
Work Experience
Required:
1+ years of in-house sales experience
Experience in outbound cold calling and sales activities through social media
Demonstratable self-starter attitude
Preferred:
Experience at a company selling a software as a service (SAAS) application.
Experience at a company selling products to media buyers.
Experience at a property development company
Experience working with a CRM system for the tracking and management of sales activities and prospect data (Salesforce experience preferred)
Proven desire to work constantly on the phone, instant messaging, and social media talking to potential customers.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Desire to learn and work in a structured sales environment.
Organized approach to work.
Curiosity about the organization and the range of prospects that might be interested in the services offered by the company.
Ethical behaviour.
Approach to work has minimal to no ego involved.
Fluent in English.
Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese is an added advantage.
