Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understanding clients' event objectives, requirements, and budget constraints to create event concepts, themes, and strategies that align with their goals.
Managing the entire event planning and execution process, coordinating with internal teams (production, design, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth and efficient events within given timelines.
Conducting site visits, negotiating contracts with vendors, and managing supplier relationships.
Developing and managing event budgets for cost control and profitability.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients, driving revenue growth and participating in business development efforts (preparing proposals, client presentations).
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management.
Qualifications:
Preferred but not required: Experience in the event/exhibition industry. We are also interested in hearing from those passionate about creating impactful events.
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize time effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to delivering top-notch events.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Proficient in English with preference for Mandarin.
