As a Executive, Customer Care, you will manage the Customer Care Centre, overseeing the Vacant Possession (VP) process from planning to key handover. You will handle customer enquiries, coordinate defect rectifications, and ensure customer needs are met to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Vacant Possession (VP) Process
- Plan and coordinate all VP activities, including key handovers.
- Ensure the VP timeline aligns with company standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage the completion of the Defects Liability Period (DLP) efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve any issues promptly.
- Customer Enquiries and Support
- Handle and resolve all customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Proactively address customer concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Serve as the key liaison between customers and relevant departments.
- Coordinate with contractors for defect rectifications.
- Carry out investigations to identify the root cause of defects.
- Provide suggestions to resolve issues and implement measures to prevent recurring defects.
- Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Care Centre.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to VP, defect management, and customer interactions.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure all interactions reflect Paramount Property's commitment to exceptional customer care.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing the VP process from planning to the completion of the Defects Liability Period (DLP) in a property developer company.
- Experience in quality assurance and construction project sites is strongly encouraged.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about helping customers resolve issues effectively.
- Possess own transport.
