Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure software systems that integrate AI/ML capabilities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead AI transformation efforts by integrating machine learning, deep learning, and automation into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and project managers to deploy AI-driven applications and solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI and digital technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with the organization's strategic goals.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance best practices in AI and digital software development.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cloud computing, DevOps, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, AI or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in web-based enterprise software development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML-driven applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and real-time analytics.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Any certification in cloud, AI, or PMP are an added advantage.
