Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing activities among all M&E contractors, consultants & developers for Pyrotec and Furutec products.
• Ensure good relationships and provide excellent service to customers, consultants & developers.
• Build close rapport with specifiers to ensure Furutec Busduct is specified.
• Report activities, project status, and forecast sales & collections to the respective manager.
• Assist the admin team in ensuring smooth fulfillment of order delivery.
• Identify any inefficiencies and suggest improvement proposals where possible to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset.
• Deliver results within the value system of EITA, emphasizing the importance of EITA values and behavior expectations.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in technical sales and marketing in the construction industry.
• Able to speak in English; candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A willingness to work remotely, travel frequently, and possess own transport.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
