Sales and Marketing Executive WFH

About the role

We are seeking a fresh graduate or those with experience in Sales & Marketing to join our team at Star Qistna Express Sdn Bhd. It is a full-time job with WFH opportunity. The role involves maintaining, updating, and resolving day-to-day operations of the coach fleet and customer-related issues. Responsibilities include learning our ticketing platform, managing customer issues, and following up on trips with drivers and the operations supervisor.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring sales from the ticketing platform and updating drivers and passengers with bus details and trips.
2. Monitoring GPS and bus upkeep.
3. Replying, maintaining, and updating customers/passengers every 30 minutes.
4. Updating trip sales and costs into Excel systems.
5. Predicting sales graphs based on revenue and demand.
6. Learning the ticketing system quickly with zero room for error.
7. Providing professional customer service skills in responding to customers and drivers.

What we're looking for

1. Fresh graduates/STPM or those with experience in Sales and Marketing.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients. Chinese-speaking candidates are an added bonus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and able to learn our ticketing system.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in day-to-day operations, driver operations, and sales targets.
5. Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Must be hard-working and honest.
6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Must be able to work during peak periods, weekends, and certain public holidays.
8. Able to enter Singapore when required; must possess a passport.
