Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Manage sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories. Flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results.
Sales/productivity goals: sets and communicates goals for the team, tracks store’s performance at all times and achieves sales through the team. Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories; manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with the Area Manager. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met. Manage the store in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
Read, write, and speak Portuguese as an Ambassador of the company.
