IT Support

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve IT support for existing customers.
2. Work closely with senior staff.
3. Willingness to learn and self-improve software knowledge.
4. Face challenges on given tasks.
5. Occasional travel within Malaysia.
6. Meet targets set by management.
7. Be cooperative and friendly.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, "O" Level, Diploma, or Degree.
2. Occasional travel within Malaysia.
3. Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
4. Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
5. Must possess own transport and valid driving license.

Languages:

1. Required: Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Preferred: English is a must.
