Job Description:

1. Responsible for technical & functional learning design, delivery & execution for estates & mills operations.
2. Design & develop technical learning curriculum and learning solutions aligned with current practices & requirements, i.e., optimizing mechanisation efficiency.
3. Analyze & identify training needs & team gaps analysis in the technical skills & knowledge.
4. Coordinate & implement training programmes to improve the gaps.
5. Measure improvements in employees’ job performance.
6. Assist in annual training budget planning & preparation.
