Job description

Job Responsibility

To conduct maintenance service and repair job on pick up and trucks in accordance to respective skill level and training matrix
Assist Service Advisor in utilizing workshop capacity
Assist Service Manager in warranty investigations
To ensure all necessary steps such as fender cover, seat cover, etc are used before commencing any service maintenance or repair job
To ensure the job is carried out by using appropriate hand tools and special service tools (SST)
Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostic or troubleshooting
To ensure good quality job according to Isuzu standards in order to reduce/eliminate any comeback jobs
To attend related training as assigned by Service Manager
Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Service Manager
To ensure the working bays and surrounding areas are always clean and free from clutter

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SKM certificate/Diploma/Mechanical in automotive engineering or equivalent
Basic knowledge and technical skills of vehicle diagnosis and maintenance
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in overhaul diesel trucks and pick up
Possess valid driving license/GDL
Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
Basic reading and writing skills
Responsible and willing to learn
Good attitude, punctual and hardworking
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
