What would you do?
Oversee the client engagement, government relations, product development, product marketing & online platforms and sales of the Company. This role is also involved in all of the Company’s strategic positioning activities, executed through key functional channels.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop strategic plans to bring new brand collab partnerships and/or strategic alliance.
- Drive sales of products across all channels and market segments including opportunities in new customer bases and markets.
- Continuously research the market, monitor industry trends, and identify emerging opportunities to diversify and strengthen the sales channels.
- Monitor the performance of business development initiatives, measure success, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Work closely with marketing in executing sales & marketing plans to drive sales growth & net profit.
- Minimize cost of ancillary sales cost (i.e., placement fee, etc.).
- Primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Product Development, Product Marketing & Online Platforms:
- Oversee all TNG form factors and new products including offline and online in terms of end-to-end product development and innovation lifecycle. This includes end-to-end product conceptualization, design, POC, UAT, go-live and post-launch fixes.
- Implementation of our end-to-end Digital Platforms journey from designing and rolling out new functionalities to helping users optimize their online journey with TNG.
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for our product offering, aligning with the company’s vision and market demands.
- Develop innovative, viable and best-in-class products meeting evolving customers' demands and drive revenue to the company.
- Delivery of a fully integrated Product Marketing and Go-to-Market strategy for TNG Products.
- Ensure effective implementation of product strategies.
Client Engagement (Expressway, Parking & Transit):
- Develop long-term partnership through strategic and tightly knitted engagements.
- Drive utilization growth through expansion of business pipelines.
- Enhance customer experience by meeting the needs & managing expectations.
- Driving parking acquisitions and expedite PayDirect enablement.
- Enhancing customer’s journey through seamless public mobility via TNG form factors.
Government Relations:
- Cultivate and build strong government relations to position TNG as a key partner to nation-building.
- Develop long-term partnership through strategic and tightly knitted engagements.
Other tasks as assigned by the superior.

- 15 to 20 years related working experience with significant time spent in leadership positions that directly contribute to revenue growth, client engagement and market expansion.
- Expertise in developing business development strategies for B2B, B2C, and online platforms.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across departments.
- Proficiency in talent development, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing business environments.
- Resilience in managing high-pressure situations and making critical decisions.
- Strong ability to define and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Visionary thinking to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
- Experience in leveraging data analytics to optimize product and marketing performance.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and online platform management.
- Ability to integrate e-commerce and digital tools to enhance client experience.
