RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with the Senior Business Partner to lead and facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization.
2. Work with the Product/Project Manager/Sponsor/Business Users to review completeness of the business requirements.
3. Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
4. Represent requirements using alternative views, such as visual analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate.
5. Work with the Solution Architect Team to ensure that the end to end high-level solutions adhere to the company's overall direction and architecture.
6. Obtain the signoff from the Business Partner on the high-level solutions.
7. Manage the creation and use of requirements trace information.
8. Setup JIRA based on the Business/User Requirements.
9. Functional Specification must be clear, with diagrams, process flow, copy of screens with the required changes (if applicable).
10. Walkthrough the requirements to ensure users are clear on deliverables and Application Team are aware of the scope of deliveries for the preparation of Technical Specification.
11. Track requirements status throughout the project and manage changes to base line requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
12. Work with Digital Front-end Product Manager/BSA to deliver end-to-end solution.
13. Document and log all requests using the existing tools and ensure all documents/evidence are kept/filed accordingly.
14. Prepare the SDLC checklist and ensure that all documents are attached with approval and with the designated signatures of Head of Department, Application leads, User leads and Business Partners.
15. Actively monitor and follow-up to ensure Project/Initiative is completed on schedule.
16. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
17. To provide production support, which includes weekend support (if needed).

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Information System or any IT related disciplines.
2. Around 3 years of experience in preparing user requirements and/or functional specifications for IT business projects.
3. Familiar with AS400.
4. Working knowledge on Insurance business and operations (new business, servicing & claims, finance, support systems, etc.).
5. Understands the Software Development LifeCycle.
6. Knowledge on product structure.
7. Knowledge of IT Standard Operating Procedures, development and security policies and guidelines.
8. Knowledge on integration systems within digital front-end, middle office and back-end.
9. Knowledge on Agile ways of working.
10. Knowledge on JIRA.
11. Knowledge of Life Asia systems / POLA system and LA / POLA table setup.
12. Strong communication skills and able to work independently.
13. Good presentation skills.
14. Strong analytical skills to resolve issues.
