Assistant Operation Manager / Outlet Supervisor

• Understand company policy and support production and sales activity in outlet
• Provide outlet KPI to outlet chief and support them to complete their mission
• Provide all information about sales promotion and support smooth launching
• Monitor and follow up outlet ordering
• Monitor inventory in outlets
• Monitor outlet work shift and maintain it as most efficient and reasonable
• Monitor and support data key-in by outlet
• Monitor monthly sales achievement by outlet
• Help outlet operation in case of short manpower in outlet
• Prepare outlet performance report

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years experience in food industry as sales and/or operation position (FMCG, F&B, Catering)
• More than 3 years experience as supervisor and/or assistant manager position
• Performance Bonus

• Training in Japan HQ and/or sister companies in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, etc)
