Telemarketer ( Basic + Comm )

Job Responsibilities:

• Making unsolicited phone calls to potential customers to introduce the company's services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Handling objections and persuading customers to make a purchase.
• Achieving sales targets and quotas.
• Following up on customers and inquiries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good sales skills.
• Ability to persuade and convince customers.
• Patience and perseverance.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills - Email & Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing may be preferred.
• Team player and able to drive outcomes and handle difficult negotiations and exchanges.
