We are looking for a highly talented individual to join as Verification Specialist in the Employment Background Screening (EBS) department.
A Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate, and comprehensive employment background screening process and result. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources, and databases.
Phone conversations with university and company representatives.
Phone interviews with references.
Interviewing resources on pretext to gather deeper information.
Analysis of information obtained.
Depth of media search analysis.
Writing comprehensive reports.
Requirements
High level of integrity.
Minimum Diploma degree.
Some work experience in a related field or as a call center operator or in HR especially as a Recruiter, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Persuasive communication skills.
Deadline-oriented.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Willing to be based in Petaling Jaya.
