Project Manager

• Foster a safe and efficient environment for their talented design team.
• Drive the creation of robust technical definitions for complex FPSO projects.
• Lead and manage the Engineering team responsible for Hull, Mooring, and Topsides.
• Plan and execute comprehensive design reviews and engineering audits.
• Oversee progress reviews on deliverables essential for Procurement and Construction.
• Optimize engineer resources to meet project demands.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, and safety.
• Ensure contractor obligations are met with respect to engineering deliverables.

Job Requirements:We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

• 15-25 years of experience in executing major Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• At least 12 years of FPSO experience.
• Proven track record of managing 3 FPSO projects through various phases.
• Minimum of 5 years in a delivery manager role.
• A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline (essential).
• Preference for candidates who are Professional Engineers with a Practicing Certificate or registered with a recognized professional body.
