EXPORT MARKETING SECRETARY

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments as required to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Prepare Proforma Invoices, memos, and other required documents for sales and shipments.
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or troubleshooting requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are shipped on time.
• Assist in identifying and developing potential overseas customers by consistently exploring new business opportunities.
• Organise hotel bookings, air tickets, and other travel arrangements as required for business purposes.
• Assist in organising trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our export products.
• Assist with any export-related matters assigned by the Directors and Technical Manager.
• Arrange weekly meetings with teams in Singapore and Penang offices.
• Provide assistance in the day-to-day operations of the office as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Secretarial or any relevant discipline
• 2-3 years related experience
• Good command in Malay, English & Mandarin (written, spoken & translate)
• Pleasant personality, responsible, hardworking & willing to learn
• Able to work independently, with less supervision, and multitask with efficiency
• Mandarin or Chinese language proficiency is preferred for better communication with overseas clients.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
