Job description
  • Assist in handling a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Help prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow tracking.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
  • Assist in liaising with auditors, tax agents, and external parties as required.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirement

  1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Relevant accounting certification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA Foundation) is an added advantage.
  3. At least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply).
  4. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
