Open Position: Business Development & Operation Manager

A reputable consumer goods industry is currently seeking a Business Development & Operation Manager to join their Selangor office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Creating strategies and policies for company growth.
2. Overseeing and coordinating service providers and technicians to ensure that customer issues are resolved appropriately.
3. Maintaining and repairing home appliance problems (minimum 3 years of experience required).
4. Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
