As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of human resources, with a focus on HR operations and administrative tasks. This role offers you the opportunity to explore diverse HR functions while ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to employee engagement.
What will you be doing? HR & Operation
Update employee data, including new joiner profiles, staff movements, resignations, salary adjustments, and HR document filing.
Manage contract renewals and staff confirmations.
Process payroll tasks, such as keying in new joiner CP22, PERKESO, advance payroll, and payroll filing.
Create email accounts for new joiners and deactivate resigned staff email accounts.
Prepare relevant HR letters and documents.
Organize HR events to enhance employee engagement.
Administration Task
Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR department, including issuing purchase orders (POs) and processing name cards.
Assist in processing monthly finance invoices (e.g., Mednefits, insurance, petrol, and telco invoices).
Manage employee medical benefits and insurance, including verifying medical certificates (MC).
Prepare onboarding items for new staff (e.g., petrol cards, access cards, staff badges, and license plate registration).
Handle EITA enquiry emails and distribute announcements to the EITA Group.
Update and maintain the company contact list.
Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Identify any inefficiencies and suggest improvement proposals where possible.
Deliver results within the value system of EITA.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Current CGPA > 3.00. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of working experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and results-oriented.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written). Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – VLOOKUP) and social media platforms.
Possess own transport and willingness to work in Bukit Raja.
