Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, direct, and lead the operation team.
2. Monitor day to day management and running of the project scope.
3. Attend project site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and other relevant parties.
4. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
6. Compile and furnish reports for management to review regarding work progress.
7. Comply with all Company Policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
2. Detailed knowledge about Scaffolding, Blasting and Painting, Insulation, Fabrication, Fire Proofing.
3. At least 8 years of experience in project management.
4. Capable of managing multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality implementation.
5. Excellent presentation skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Expected salary: RM8,000 - RM10,000 per month.
