• Leading the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
• Managing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Performing financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborating with other departments to align financial management with operational goals.
• Working with external auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial visibility and improve operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Strong understanding and experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
