About the Role

Your roles as an Analyst Manager includes:

• Conduct due diligence on new investments which are including but not limited to researching and finding both promising investments and investors;
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry news to identify potential investment opportunities;
• Conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial analysis, and valuation;
• Executing performance metrics of the potential investments through ample and deep assessment on all relevant information on whether or not the proposed investment would be viable or otherwise;
• Preparing and presenting the analysis outcome to help with the decision-making process;
• Prepare reports and presentations on investment opportunities and portfolio performance for internal and external stakeholders;
• Participate in all capacities for company fund raising activities which are including but not limited to marketing, sales, events, meetings and pitches;
• Lead the analyst team, able to observe and manage the team.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with experience using Excel, PowerPoint and other financial analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner as well as excellent public speaking skills.
• Able to sift through abundant information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• You also must be able to exhibit excellent work ethic and uncompromising personal integrity as well as the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the technology industry and startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively and critically about investment opportunities and market trends.
• Must be able to manage the analyst team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance, Economics or a related field. Master is an advantage.
• 5 years and above of experience in investment analysis, preferably in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund Management, Asset Management, or Investment Banking would be an advantage.
