SAP FICO Senior Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP FICO Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules, providing technical expertise to ensure seamless business operations and helping to configure and troubleshoot SAP FICO solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules, focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions in the FICO space.
• Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues in SAP FICO.
• Participate in SAP FICO integration projects, ensuring smooth interfacing with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Provide technical support during the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancements related to FICO functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and functional specifications.
• Assist in conducting user training and provide post-go-live support.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and their integration points with other SAP modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP FICO, including debugging ABAP code when necessary.
• Experience working in a support or analyst role within SAP FICO implementations or upgrades.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users and technical teams.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and FICO best practices is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
