The Food & Beverage Attendant - IRD is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing professional and courteous in-room food and beverage service. This role requires attention to detail, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs, while ensuring service delivery is in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the hotel and Hilton.

What will I be doing?

As the Food & Beverage Attendant - IRD, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Take guest orders accurately via phone, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
2. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food pairings and beverage selections.
3. Deliver orders promptly and set up meals professionally, ensuring a high level of presentation.
4. Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, offering a personalized experience.
5. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests.
6. Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
7. Actively promote the services and facilities of Hilton hotels to guests and suppliers of the hotel.
8. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.
9. Make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
10. Confidently know opening hours of all restaurants and hotel outlets.
11. Make sure all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedures.
12. Take personal responsibility for the service experience of all guests in your designated area.
13. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

1. Senior High School education or specialty in Hospitality.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. 1 year of working experience in a similar position in a 4 / 5-star category hotel.
4. Good command of English to meet business needs.
5. Open minded with an outgoing personality.
6. Possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
7. Strong communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
9. Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.
10. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
11. Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
12. Physical ability to lift and carry trays, stand for extended periods, and navigate guest rooms efficiently.
