Quantity Surveyor - Bangsar

Job Scope

1. Assists the project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity for ongoing projects and tender.
2. To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation, and contracts preparation.
3. To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
4. To ensure timely handling and certification of ongoing project claims and payments including VOs.
5. To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
2. Preferable candidates specializing in quantity surveying or equivalent.
3. Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malay.
4. Good management of overall QS operations.
