We are representing a leading real estate agency recognized for its property management and valuation expertise, looking for an Accounts Executive to be based in Damansara.
Job Responsibilities:
Processing of vendor payments and employee reimbursements & claims
Client billings/invoicing
Ensure compliance with e-invoicing requirements by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)
Bank reconciliation. Ensure that the bank balances of the cashbooks) and the online bank balance(s) tally
Ensure that claims are processed and paid within the stipulated timeframe
Assist with the preparation of the budget, forecasts and cashflow monitoring
Assist with the preparation of financial reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy and time submissions
Ensure best practices and compliance with Company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial transactions
Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with financial regulation
Maintenance of employee leave records and other relevant employee listings
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
Proficient in written and conversational English
Proficient in SQL and D365
Job Details:
Permanent employment
Working hours : Mon - Fri (7:30AM to 4:00PM - flexible)
