Tier 3 Functional Support Consultant within IT support framework.
Responsible for managing system configurations and addressing the most complex challenges that cannot be resolved by lower-tier support teams. This involves providing expert troubleshooting and delivering impactful solutions for our global sites across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Expose to both system functionality and business processes. Develop skills in multiple SAP modules and other enterprise applications cross-train across various business domains, including Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Purchasing, Inventory and Quality Management, Finance, Environment, Health and Safety Management, and Portal Services to further enrich their skill set and career growth.
