Responsibilities:

• System/Desktop/Laptop/Server support
• Support for all service requests of system infrastructure support
• Analyze, install, acquire, and implement projects for LAN/WANs
• Provide technical support to server infrastructure - VM, servers, storage, backup, and more, including support for employees on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
• Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
• Analyze, install, acquire, modify, and support operating systems, databases, or utilities software.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
• At least 2-4 years in a similar environment
• Experience with Linux administration/support
• HP Unix experience is an added advantage
• Able to communicate and liaise effectively with others
