Job Responsibility

Role Purpose

To accurately pick and prepare customer orders from the store inventory, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment for Lotus's online shopping platform.

You will

1. Pick items for online orders from the store shelves based on customer requests, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Verify product details, freshness quality, including quantities, expiration dates, and conditions, to meet customer expectations.
3. Use handheld devices or systems to locate and confirm items during the picking process.
4. Ensure items are packed appropriately to prevent damage during delivery.
5. Communicate with supervisors or team leaders regarding stock discrepancies or unavailable items.
6. Rotate stock during picking to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
7. Assist with restocking and maintaining inventory in the picking area as needed or any assigned task at store.
8. Follow safety and hygiene guidelines while handling products.

Job Requirements
You have

1. A secondary school certification or equivalent (preferred).
2. Attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
4. Physical stamina for tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting items.
5. Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
7. Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
