Responsibilities

  • Attend enquiries via phone call, email & walk-in customers related to ticketing issues such as flight booking/reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement, visa application, etc.
  • Source and provide attractive airfare following corporate travel policies.
  • Perform administration work related to ticketing such as issuance of air tickets, invoicing, exchange orders, refunds, ADM, ACM, etc., in a timely manner.
  • Check system queues in GDS on a daily basis to monitor any messages from the airlines such as flight schedule changes or cancellations.
  • Keep abreast of airline rules and regulations and read fare rules.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or possess an IATA/UFTAA Diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as a reservations consultant (preferably in corporate travel agencies).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  • Work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge in SABRE & POWERSUITE.
  • Able to work after office hours helpdesk based on a rotation basis.
