Attend enquiries via phone call, email & walk-in customers related to ticketing issues such as flight booking/reservation, hotel booking, travel insurance arrangement, visa application, etc.
Source and provide attractive airfare following corporate travel policies.
Perform administration work related to ticketing such as issuance of air tickets, invoicing, exchange orders, refunds, ADM, ACM, etc., in a timely manner.
Check system queues in GDS on a daily basis to monitor any messages from the airlines such as flight schedule changes or cancellations.
Keep abreast of airline rules and regulations and read fare rules.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or possess an IATA/UFTAA Diploma.
Minimum 3 years working experience as a reservations consultant (preferably in corporate travel agencies).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Knowledge in SABRE & POWERSUITE.
Able to work after office hours helpdesk based on a rotation basis.
