As a Real Estate Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our residential sales division. What you'll be doing

1. Actively prospecting for new leads and clients through various marketing channels
2. Conducting property viewings and presentations to potential buyers
3. Negotiating and closing sales transactions on behalf of our clients
4. Maintaining a strong understanding of the local property market and industry trends
5. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
6. Collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
7. Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development

What we're looking for

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
2. Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate or a closely related industry
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
4. Proactive, self-motivated and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets
5. Good understanding of the local property market and industry regulations
