HR MANAGER

Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with a positive attitude to oversee the HR functions and resolve employee-related issues on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices to improve the organization's human resources.
• Maintaining the work structure by updating all job requirements and job descriptions.
• Establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program to assist the organization's staff.
• Handling monthly payroll.
• Ensuring employee wellness and satisfaction.
• Sourcing and hiring top talents.
• Crafting and sharing offer letters to candidates.
• Performing orientation and presentations to new employees or guests to the company.
• Assisting upper management in crafting company policies.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Capable of multitasking and handling several assignments with time limits.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
