Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of semiconductor manufacturing programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
Timeline & Budget Management: Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, progress, and timely escalation of critical topics.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of product quality and safety.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-departmental teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers and technology partners to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
KPI Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, schedule, and quality; create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
2 - 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or a related high-tech industry with high volume manufacturing.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
