INTERIOR DESIGNER (IMMEDIATE START)

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in carpentry detailing, 3D modeling, and rendering. Proficiency in Enscape is a must. This role requires someone who can start immediately, has a pleasant personality, and brings innovative ideas to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D detailed drawings for carpentry and interior detailing.
• Create and refine 3D models for presentation and project planning.
• Produce high-quality renderings to bring design concepts to life.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet expectations.
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Diploma or Degree in a related field (Interior Design or equivalent).
2. 3 years of experience in interior design or a related role.
3. Proficiency in Enscape for rendering and visualization.
4. Strong expertise in 2D drafting (e.g., AutoCAD or equivalent software) with a focus on carpentry details.
5. Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp).
6. Creative flair with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling designs.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. A pleasant personality to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
9. Knowledge of themes and materials concepts is a plus.
10. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
