Talent Acquisition Executive (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Job Description:

  • Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
  • Screening candidates
  • Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
  • Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
  • Taking preliminary interview rounds
  • Salary negotiation with successful candidates
  • Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR Information System

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply (training provided).
  • Minimum 6 months in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an advantage.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to interact with all levels.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good counselling skills.
