Talent Acquisition Executive (Open for Fresh Graduates)
Job Description:
- Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
- Screening candidates
- Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
- Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
- Taking preliminary interview rounds
- Salary negotiation with successful candidates
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all resourcing activities on the HR Information System
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply (training provided).
- Minimum 6 months in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be an advantage.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to interact with all levels.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling skills.
