Our team is looking for a DevOps Analyst who can handle related activities on all messaging integration processes. You will provide third level day-to-day operation support and help investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved in second level support. Cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will be essential. You will put your analytical skills to good use in this team.
As a DevOps Analyst, you will also be responsible for handling multiple project activities such as performing analysis, coding, documentation preparation, and involvement in problem management. Quality is an important factor; hence it is your job to ensure all deployments meet the highest standards required.
For any issues related to messaging and integration within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. This applies when it comes to managing, proposing, and implementing all necessary changes to the production environment in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

As a DevOps Analyst, having IBM MQ is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Linux commands and scripting, infrastructure such as networking, and Veritas cluster knowledge will also be integral to this role.
You are a technology aficionado, thus you have a good understanding of SLA related ticket handling and incident management. You can work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, so being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
