Quality Assurance Executive / Pharmacist

Perform routine QA tasks and inspections, conduct GMP training, ensure SOP compliance, maintain documentation, and support plant qualifications and regulatory affairs. Participate in R&D and undertake additional duties to support quality assurance and operational efficiency.

This position requires reporting to work in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine QA tasks and inspections within the factory to ensure product quality meets established standards.
2. Conduct GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training to staff and production workers, covering essential processes and best practices.
3. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all operations, and monitor compliance to maintain high-quality standards.
4. Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and records in line with GMP requirements and regulatory standards.
5. Involved in plant qualifications and validation activities, ensuring equipment, processes, and systems meet regulatory requirements and are fully compliant.
6. Assist in regulatory affairs, including product registration, licensing, and maintaining required certifications.
7. Participate in R&D for new products, including formulation, sample preparation, and testing.
8. Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support quality assurance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry or Pharmacy.
• 1-3 years experience in QA or QC within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
