Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree holders with 3 years working experience at supervisory level in the field of marketing and/or financial services.
• SPM or STPM holders with working experience at the supervisory level for not less than 5 years in the marketing and/or financial services.
• Possess PCE and CEILLI qualification is an added advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents.
• Set performance targets for individual agents and the team as a whole.
• Support agents in developing their client base and expanding their networks.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
